Hi there Friends! My name is Halee, owner of Halee’s Studio. I am so excited to finally be launching my own store.

Some background on me, I have 3 amazing cats that I love so much named Mamas, Plumbas & Willow. I also have 3 entertaining mudkskippers. I learned how to crochet when I was about 13 years old because my mom made blankets but never really took it serious. Once I graduated college I had no hobbies but I knew I loved plushies & collecting them. Really anything anime or kawaii I was collecting. Already having my own plushie collection it sparked my thoughts why not just make my own. Previous to this idea I already had been in the groove with crocheting a bunch of scrunchies for my friends so I had the hang of things again. Once I had a stock pile of excessive plushies I thought "oh man I need to do something with these" with my boyfriend and families/friends encouragement I scheduled my first local market. I didn't know how I would feel but I LOVED IT. So for the past year I have been selling at markets frequently/locally & making custom orders for customers & friends. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback about my work which has really boosted my confidence about what I put out but the big question I was asked over & over again was if I sold online so... Here I am! 2 years later into my crocheting journey, feeling risky but confident about my plushies. Personally, I never thought that I would be here, starting my own business making all these plushies but I am so thankful I did. Meeting so many new people & seeing the joy my plushies bring is still one of my favorite parts about starting my business. Thanks to everyone's support & help during my journey. You all mean so much to me & I am forever grateful.
